Q. The availability calendar is showing that my preferred dates are available. Is this always correct?
A. Yes. We always take care to update the availability calendar when we receive a customer's deposit payment.
Q. What is the changeover day?
A. We do not have a specific changeover day.
Q. The period I want to book runs into a higher price band so how do I calculate the rent?
A. Calculate the rent on a pro rata basis.
Q. How can I pay?
A. You can send a cheque with your booking form
Q. I have completed the booking form. Does this mean the booking is now safe?
A. The booking is not confirmed until we have received your deposit.
Q. How will I find the way to the property?
A. Once you have paid in full we will send you the full address, clear directions, phone numbers and all the information you will need. A key will be sent to you in advance
Q. What is the next stage?
A. Just complete the booking form and we will take it from there, keeping you informed by email.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Q. Is there any outside space?
A. There is outside space in the form of a raised patio area with a table and chairs in the shed. Most wander down to the beach.
Q. How far is the nearest sandy beach?
A. About two minutes walk.
Q. How far to the nearest good shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes?
A. About 30 seconds walk and a few minutes to the main high street, harbour and beaches
Q. Is there parking close by?
A. The nearest car park is behind the property. However the Penwith council ones are cheaper and there are a few to choose from under ten minutes walk away.
Q. How much does it cost to park?
A. The council Pay & Display weekly charge it is £30. It varies on a daily/hourly basis
Q. How long does it take to walk from the Railway Station?
A. Under fifteen minutes at a brisk walk.
Q.Is the apartment suitable for someone with a mobility issue?
A. There is a 50 yard walk to the property from a car and one step down into the property.
There are small steps within the property and a spiral staircase, all facilities are available on
the ground floor but would mean sleeping on a sofa bed.
